Radhey Shyam

I am based in New Delhi, India. I have done B.F.A, M.F.A and M.Phil (Visual Arts) and working since 14th years in the field. Mostly I work in monochrome colors and compose human figures with textured background to express female figures and their expressions, beauty and emotions. I have done 1 solo show and around 57 group shows in India and Abroad so far. Also participated in many art camps and workshops across India. I have done 2 contemporary art biennale at salerno italy in oct. 2014, 16 Being awarded by Abheudya Sammman from Kala Vratnyas, Ujjain (MP, India) I do curate exhibitions as well and also have some of my collections in President House of India, and other parts of India and abroad. According to me, the worthiness of art of painting depends upon the journey of an artist in the field with the consistency novelty and experiments with several mediums and all these factors construct the composition of the art presented by artist. Aesthetically my work stands apart from the contemporary artist and my subject. is always based on the relation of man and woman, attracts the viewers. Produced from both recent challenges in life while there are compositions replete with peace, harmony, tranquility and contentment. It was really nice to be at liwa art hub, its a beautiful place.
